If you go to Paris, I hope you will go to some of the smaller museums after you have visited the big ones. I found the smaller ones were just pure joy. On my favorites list is Jacquemart-Andre. Be sure to Google it and get the history before you visit.
If you like traditional French furniture, like Louis XVI, like me, you will love this house museum. Above is one of the bedrooms. Commode on the left and Louis XVI bed on the right with a corona. The quality of furniture in the interiors here is just supurb.
