Last week I showed you a table using nutmeg, russet orange, amber and bittersweet.
If you follow my blog, you know that I like to do back-to-back tablescapes by doing change ups the second day. This is great when you have weekend guests who stay Friday and Saturday. You can spend more time chatting with them if your tablescape is already previously thought out.
So I am showing today the change up from last week HERE for this next day dinner by only switching out the charger and dinner plate.
The bird plates in brown and creme are English transferware from Copeland Spode that I found 12 of in perfect condition. I can't determine the age as the backstamp mark is not in any of my Kovel china marks books. I am sure that Copeland and Spode split up many years ago.
The charger is from my favorite new French porcelain maker, Jaune de Chrome of Paris. This is the Flemenco pattern. Jaune de Chrome's incredible glazes is what they are known for. Notice the fire in this glaze and how it changes with the light. It is one of those colors that you can't describe.
